Aruba Ocean Villas is Expanding

In this article, we will delve into the details of our ambitious expansion project, exploring the vision behind the development, the unique features being introduced, and what you can look forward to as Aruba Ocean Villas continues to set the benchmark for Aruba’s overwater vacation experience.

In short, we are in the process of constructing

• 7 overwater penthouse villas (5 of which have already been completed)

• 8 garden villas with premium amenities (construction anticipated to start in 2025/2026)

• A new swimming pool (currently under construction)

Back in 2020, our small boutique resort entered an exciting new phase of expansion with the addition of brand-new penthouse villas. These overwater villas feature their own plunge pool, spacious private deck, and complimentary point-to-point transfer service. There are currently 2 overwater villas remaining to be completed and they are anticipated to be completed in the second quarter of 2025. Unfortunately, the project has experienced delays as a result of a shortage in specialized materials and labor.

Due to pending construction near the overwater villas, some inconveniences may arise. Villa Jon Jon and Potcho Potcho are the most likely to be affected. However, guests with bookings during periods of active construction will be promptly notified and offered alternative booking options.
